What data we process and why

We process the data you give us through the contact form or by email (name, email, phone and event details) to answer your enquiry, send you a proposal and, where applicable, manage the booking.

Legal basis

Your consent when sending the enquiry and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request. If you book the service, the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. If no booking is made, we delete the enquiry within one year at the latest.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. We use providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare (web hosting, spam protection and visit measurement), Umami (visit measurement, without cookies), Resend (delivery of the contact form email) and Google (the hi@palomapiano.es inbox is forwarded to Gmail). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hi@palomapiano.es. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
