FAQ

Your questions, answered

What does the service include?

The full live piano performance, transport and installation of our electric grand piano, sound amplification tailored to the venue, and personal guidance to choose the songs for your event.

Do you bring the piano and sound equipment?

Yes. In every case we bring and set up our own electric grand piano where it is needed, along with sound amplification. If the venue already has a piano or sound system, we check beforehand to make sure it is suitable for the performance.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Sotogrande and travel across Andalusia, Madrid and the surrounding area.

Can we request a specific song?

Yes. For wedding ceremonies every song is chosen with you: even if a piece is not yet in our repertoire, we prepare it exclusively for your day. For other events—hotels, restaurants or dinners—we share the full set list so you can choose the most fitting pieces, and songs outside the list can also be added for special moments.

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, and at least one month ahead if you would like a bespoke repertoire prepared. For last-minute bookings made with less than a month’s notice, songs are chosen from our existing repertoire.

How do bookings work?

Once you accept the quote, we send a written contract setting out all the terms and the service in detail. The booking is confirmed and the date is held with a 10% deposit of the total fee, which is deducted from the final invoice.

How much setup time do you need before the event?

We need at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to set up the electric grand piano and the dual outdoor speaker system, 1 hour and 15 minutes for church ceremonies, and 2 hours for large dinners or Candlelight events. If that time is not available at the venue before the start, we cannot guarantee the full setup, though if anything unexpected comes up we will do everything possible to have it ready sooner.

Do you play outdoors?

Yes. We perform outdoors whenever the weather allows. In the event of rain or adverse weather, we can only play outside if a marquee large enough to keep the electric grand piano and the sound equipment completely dry is provided.
